Before you connect
Connecting is your choice, and you can undo it at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Your data goes to the AI company
Connecting sends your health information, such as life expectancy, biomarkers, lab results, medical history, documents and activity, to that assistant’s company. It is not Death Clock’s service provider: its own terms and privacy policy decide whether your data is stored or used to train its models. Check your assistant’s privacy settings first.
Read-only, and yours to switch off
The assistant can read your Death Clock data but never change it. Disconnect at any time; it may keep access for up to an hour, and anything it already received stays with that company.
Not medical advice
AI answers can be wrong. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before making health decisions.
Choose your assistant
ChatGPT · any plan, in a computer browser
Use chatgpt.com in a browser on a computer; the phone app cannot add connections. Any ChatGPT plan works, including Free.
1. Turn on Developer mode (one time)Click your name at the bottom left, then Settings, then Security and login. Turn on Developer mode. ChatGPT labels it “Elevated risk”; that is its standard wording for any app OpenAI has not reviewed.

In the left column click Plugins, then the + button, then Create app. Fill in:
Name: Deathclock
Server URL: https://mcp.deathclock.co/mcp
Authentication: leave it on OAuth

Tick I understand and want to continue and click Create.
3. Sign in and approveDeath Clock opens. Sign in the way you normally do (Google, Apple, email or phone), then click Approve on the permission page.

Start a new chat, type @, pick Deathclock and ask “What is my life expectancy?”
Claude · paid plans, web and desktop
Works on claude.ai and the Claude desktop app with a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). On Team and Enterprise an administrator may need to add it.
1. Add a custom connectorClick Customize, open the Connectors tab, click Add and choose Add custom connector. Name it Death Clock and paste the address: https://mcp.deathclock.co/mcp

Under Authentication choose Sign in now. Under OAuth client choose Register automatically. Do not use “Claude’s published identity”; Death Clock does not support it yet. Click Add.

Click Connect, sign in to Death Clock and click Approve. Death Clock now shows as connected.

In a new chat ask “Using Death Clock, summarise my biomarkers.” The first time, Claude asks permission to use Death Clock; click Allow once or Always allow.
Using Claude Code? Run claude mcp add --transport http --scope user deathclock https://mcp.deathclock.co/mcp, then type /mcp and choose Authenticate.
Gemini · Spark
Death Clock works in Gemini Spark, the part of the Gemini app where the screen says “Describe a task”. It does not work in the ordinary Gemini chat yet. Gemini shows the app as “Deathclock”.
1. Add a custom appOpen Settings, then Connected Apps. Under “Custom apps” click Add a custom app and paste the address https://mcp.deathclock.co/mcp. A note saying account linking is required is expected. Click Next. Gemini registers itself with Death Clock, so there is nothing else to fill in.
2. Confirm, sign in and approveAccept Google’s confirmation pages, sign in to Death Clock and click Approve.
3. Ask your first questionBack on the “Describe a task” screen, ask “Using Deathclock, what is my life expectancy?” and allow the tool when Gemini asks.
Questions to try
Ask in your own words, just as you would a friend who knows your health data inside out. Your assistant looks up the answer in Death Clock, then explains it, compares it and turns it into a plan. A few ideas to get started:
Your life expectancy
“What is my life expectancy, and what is driving it?”
“How has my life expectancy changed since I started?”
“What is my biological age compared with my real age?”
“Which three changes would add the most years?”
Blood work
“Summarise my latest biomarkers in plain English.”
“Which results are out of range, and what can I do about them?”
“How have my cholesterol results changed since my last test?”
“When is my next blood test, and how should I prepare?”
Sleep and activity
“How did I sleep this week compared with my goal?”
“Am I walking more or less than last month?”
“Is my resting heart rate trending up or down?”
“Which nights did I sleep best, and what did those days have in common?”
Your plan and habits
“What does my longevity plan say I should do next?”
“Which habits did I keep yesterday, and which did I miss?”
“What is on my to-do list this week?”
“Turn my plan into a weekly schedule I can stick to.”
Doctor visits and records
“Help me prepare questions for my next doctor visit.”
“Summarise the documents I have uploaded.”
“List my current medications and supplements.”
“What does my longevity report say about my heart health?”
Go further
“Plan a week of meals that supports my blood results.”
“Build a training plan that fits my sleep and step data.”
“Explain my longevity report as if I were twelve.”
“Make a checklist of where I am off target and what to do first.”
Good to know
What can the assistant see?
Only your own Death Clock data, and only what you approve: your health profile, activity and sleep, life expectancy, biomarkers and lab orders, uploaded documents, longevity reports and plan, to-dos and habits, and notifications. It cannot see your email, phone number or payment details, and it cannot change anything.
How do I disconnect?
Open Connected assistants in the Death Clock web app and click Disconnect next to the assistant. It works even if your subscription has ended. You can also remove Death Clock inside the assistant (Plugins in ChatGPT, Connectors in Claude, Connected Apps in Gemini), or message us through Support and we will do it for you. Access stops within an hour.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your assistant stops receiving your Death Clock data. If you renew, it starts working again without reconnecting.
The assistant asks me to sign in again
That is normal. For your security the connection renews itself, and if you have not used it for a while the assistant asks you to approve it again.
It says there is no data
The connection is working; Death Clock simply has nothing on record for that question yet, for example if Apple Health has not synced or you have no blood test results. Open the Death Clock app to sync and try again.
Something else went wrong
Remove Death Clock from your assistant and add it again from step 1. If it still fails, message us through Support with the assistant you use and a screenshot of the message.
